DryLab?4 offers users an intuitive and visual software solution for method development, optimization, trouble-shooting, robustness testing, and training. The new robustness module establishes the reliability of your method.

DryLab 4 is the next generation UHPLC modeling software.  With its comprehensive resolution and robustness mapping abilities, DryLab 4 offers you an intuitive and visual software solution for method development, optimization, trouble-shooting, robustness testing, and training.  DryLab 4’s 3D modeling capabilities and its multifactorial evaluation of flow rate, column dimensions, instrument parameters, and eluent composition in gradient and isocratic work, provide you with the tools to easily conform to Quality by Design standards.

The new Robustness Module establishes the reliability of your method in routine work by calculating how minor fluctuations in critical parameters affect the performance of your separation.  Each parameter can be evaluated at 2 or 3 tolerance limits, and the success rate of the resulting 36 (=729) experiments can be measured in under 1 minute.  An additional evaluation depicts which parameters exert the strongest influence on the method’s robustness, and tolerance limits can be individually varied to account for their corresponding impact.  This testing process and analysis ensures that your finished method can withstand small inconsistencies in the parameter values of your set point and helps you to achieve a 100% success rate in routine applications, leading to inspection-safe methods.
