Supercritical Fluid Chromatography in Theory and Practice
Presented By
Considered a leading “green” purification technology, SFC systems are used to separate, isolate and purify chemical compounds. The principles of SFC are similar to those of liquid chromatography; however SFC typically uses carbon dioxide as the main mobile phase. Carbon dioxide offers environmental and cost benefits compared to traditional liquid chromatography solvents. In this episode we will provide an overview of Preparative SFC, and the advantages it brings to today’s chemical processes.
