Various extraction methods for the simultaneous determination of veterinary drugs in several matrices by UHPLC–MS–MS are described.
Various extraction methods for the simultaneous determination of veterinary drugs in several matrices (milk, egg and honey) by ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC–MS–MS) are described. The following extraction techniques have been used: solvent extraction, solid-phase extraction (SPE) and modified QuEChERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe). The three proposed methods are validated and the advantages and disadvantages of them are outlined.
