(Delaware, USA) have been settled in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
Patent infringement disputes between EMD Millipore (Billerica, Massachusetts) and W.L. Gore and Associates Inc. (Delaware, USA) have been settled in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
Under the settlement terms, Gore will take a royalty-bearing license under U.S. Patent Nos. 7,293,744 and 7,927,316 and U.S. Reissue No. RE41,169 relating to the products disputed.
