LGC is to extend its hair drug analysis services in Europe, following an agreement to market a hair test from drug testing company, Psychemedics. According to the companies, thousands of corporate clients rely on the hair analysis test and the company’s clients include the New York City Police Department, Chicago Police Department, San Francisco Police Department and many others.
“With this agreement,” said Raymond C. Kubacki, chairman and CEO of Psychemedics, “we hope to capitalize on the rapidly developing growth opportunities in the UK and Europe, and help companies establish and maintain a drug free workplace.”
LGC division, LGC Forensics, works to discover, analyse and present reliable forensic evidence on behalf of law enforcement agencies, legal professionals and private individuals.
