Dionex has received a pair of awards, the Frost & Sullivan 2010 Best Practices Award for Global Process Chromatograph New Product Innovation, and the NorthFace Scoreboard Award from the Omega Management Group in recognition of world class customer service.
The Best Practices Award was for the company’s process analytical platform, which the company reports is used worldwide to provide more timely analysis results by moving liquid chromatography-based measurements on-line. This is reported to result in reduced reporting delays, improved process throughput and efficiency, reduced product variability and reduced downtime. According to the company, the modular design enables on-line IC or HPLC to be applied from the process R&D lab bench to the factory floor.
“Dionex is honoured to be recognized by Frost & Sullivan,” said Rick Cooley, the market development manager for Process Analytics.
The customer service award is presented annually to companies who, as rated by their own customers, achieved excellence in customer satisfaction during the prior calendar year. Dionex is among 25 businesses that qualified to receive the award from a pool of 58 companies worldwide. The company is also among only five companies that are 7-time recipients of the award.
