Alan Rawle, Divisional Applications Manager at Malvern Instruments (Malvern, UK), has been accepted as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC).
The RSC fellowship was awarded to Rawle for his extensive work with laser diffraction and other particle characterization techniques for more than two decades. It recognizes his service and continued contributions to analytical chemistry.
David Higgs, Head of Marketing at Malvern, said: “ We are delighted that the Royal Society of Chemistry has chosen to honour Alan Rawle and offer many congratulations”. He added that Rawle has had a significant impact on both the company and the scientific community as a whole.
