Schug spoke with us at ASMS 2023 in Houston, Texas, where he briefed us on his current research endeavors that involve using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME), liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS), and multimodal LC systems for various types of analyses.
Schug is a Full Professor and the Shimadzu Distinguished Professor of Analytical Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at The University of Texas (UT) at Arlington, in Arlington, Texas.
