Ian Eisele is an Applications Scientist for the Software and Informatics Division at Agilent Technologies in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. Ian has been with Agilent for 13 years and has worked in roles ranging from Field Service Engineer to an Applications Chemist for Agilent’s GC division. Ian holds an MS in Chemistry from Villanova University and a BS in Chemistry from Saint Joseph’s University.


Rob Strik
Application Specialist

Rob Strik received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in 2003 and worked for a year and a half at a small independent laboratory before starting his career in September 2005 at AC Analytical Controls B.V. / PAC. He started in the qualification department to setup all the various GC applications and in 2008 began working as a service engineer, travelling worldwide to install and repair applications and to support and train customers and PAC and distributor personnel. In 2019 Rob transferred to the factory support team as an application specialist for gas chromatography, giving trainings, analyzing customer sample requests, and supporting the company’s sales and service channel.
