Robust Oligonucleotide Molecular Weight Confirmation by LC/MS

This event is now available on demand.

Event Overview:

Molecular weight confirmation is a critical analytical workflow for the development of therapeutic oligonucleotides. This webinar demonstrates oligo molecular confirmation and simple characterization by LC/MS. The combination of user-friendly software, robust hardware, and unique column chemistry enables routine molecular weight confirmation for oligos of varying lengths and modifications.

Key Learning Objectives:
  • Understand molecular weight confirmation for oligonucleotides by LC/MS using fit-for-purpose deconvolution software.
  • Learn how to optimize your IP-RP LC/MS analytical methods to improve resolution of your target product from closely related impurities.
  • Discover how the Agilent LC/MS SQ portfolio will help you develop, characterize, purify, and verify your oligonucleotides.
Who Should Attend:
  • Oligonucleotide Analytical Method Development Scientists
  • Oligonucleotide Purification Method Development Scientists
  • Oligonucleotide Process Development Scientists
  • Oligonucleotide QC Scientists
  • Oligonucleotide CDMO Labs
  • Oligonucleotide Developability and Development Scientists
