Guide to (U)HPLC Column Selection for Protein Analysis

Thu, Jan 16, 2025 10:00 AM EST{LOCAL_TZ}

Event Overview:

Analytical scientists are faced with the task of finding the right column from an almost unmanageable range of products. This webinar will focus on columns that enable protein analysis under native conditions through size exclusion, hydrophobic interaction, and ion exchange chromatography. It will highlight the different column characteristics (pore size, particle size, base matrices, column dimensions, ligands) and which questions will help you decide which columns to use.

Key Learning Objectives:
  • Learn which chromatography modes answer which questions
  • Learn how stationary phases differ
  • Learn what you need to know to choose the right columns
Who Should Attend:
  • Scientists in analytical development
  • Scientists using HPLC/UHPLC for quality columns
  • Scientists new to protein analysis
  • Anyone analyzing problems
